As you may or may not know, Bayside Kennels is a full service grooming, boarding, and day care facility. We provide Purina EN as our easy to digest well balanced food, PetCot bedding, and treats.

* If you are providing your own food, bring food in a sealed plastic container. We do twice a day feedings. We do suggest you portion the food into sandwich bags for each feeding, and then place inside the plastic container labeled with your pet’s name and the last name on the account.

* Medications should be in their original container. Please advise staff of any directions that differ from the original prescription. If there are changes, we suggest that you have your veterinarian re-label the prescription prior to check in to avoid confusion. Advise staff upon check in as to when the last time it was administered or if it needs refrigerating.

* Please limit toys to 2-3 items. Do not bring articles that you cannot afford to replace. All articles, including bedding, should be labeled with the pet’s first and last name in permanent marker. We are not responsible for lost or soiled articles.

* Heavy or oversized bedding is discouraged. Our washer cannot accommodate oversized bedding or pillows. Accidents happen, so to minimize odor and for the sanitation and comfort of your pet, we request that large bedding be left at home.

* Though there are veterinary services available, we recommend having vaccines performed prior to checking in to help minimize the risk of respiratory infections. If veterinary services are needed, it is your responsibility to direct any questions regarding the cost & requirements of vaccines and services to the Pet Care Veterinary staff.

Note: If calling to inquire about your balance for service prior to pick up, it is your responsibility (if you had vet services) to specifically ask if we have a copy of the bill and that total. We are two separately owned and operated businesses with separate account networks, therefore, balances will be collected separately.
